Why this blog, why now (among the other 4 trillion), and what purpose does it seek to serve?

This blog is intended to allow anonymous comments, observations, questions and general thoughts from the perspective of an employee within a small company.

Why now? There are almost too many blogs by companies, VCs, etc about how to manage and grow a company. But what I thought was lacking was an employees insider view. I'm not the CEO, and I'm not the janitor, I'm somewhere in-between. In addition, this is a services based company. We don't have a product, we're not inventing new technology, and we're for darn sure not worrying about our Facebook presence.

The intent is to fill the void of employee observations. Doing so in an anonymous manner will allow me to post my frank views, opinions, curiosities, frustrations and probably inane thoughts.
